A comprehensive psychological evaluation is multifaceted and involves review of pertinent records, clinical interview, collateral interview(s), and administration of testing instruments. The testing battery, or selection of tests to be given, is determined by the referral question to be answered and the information gathered during the clinical interview. Thus, each evaluation is tailored to an individual's unique need.
